Rules for category-specific #1 recognition assets

Permitted Uses

• Press release announcing the category-specific #1 ranking after the embargo lifts.
• Vendor website award page or newsroom post after written approval.
• Social media posts using approved copy and approved seal assets.
• Sales presentations and customer communications that preserve the exact category and year.
• Email signatures or banner graphics only when the claim remains category-specific and year-specific.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not alter colors, proportions, wording, category, year or file composition of the seal.
• Do not use the seal before the embargo lift.
• Do not imply Black Book endorsement, certification or recommendation.
• Do not apply the seal to other products, markets, subsidiaries or categories.
• Do not use broad claims such as "#1 in healthcare" unless explicitly approved in writing.
